No but checked my bill and it said it will be credited to my next bill

I got payed earlier so I payed of my bills

You shouldn't be making earlier payments as this is needed as Sky will take the payment from you via the payment method you have set up on your account. So when you make a manual payment all you are doing is putting the credit on your account so you can either leave this so it is used to pay your next bill or bills or it can be refunded to you help of which ca be arranged for you via here if you would like ?
