Sky won't contact you as a result of posting on here. There's no reason why you can't get through on the phone although there may be a wait.

If you’re no longer in a discounted minimum term, or its ending soon the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

Phone sky and ask to speak to the retention team they will look at your package and give you some discounts i did this at the end of last month and got £50 discount on my tv package a month for 2 yeas and £19 a month off my broadband for 2 years I have sky glass the full package including things like whole home ad skipping uhd and dolby atmos sports, cinema, kids, the works now paying £70 a month instead of £120 a month, i also have gigafast broadband 900mps should be paying £59 a month but for the next 2 years i am paying £43 a month you can see the savings I have made and yes they do include the April price increases for this year, hope this helps
