      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just informed Sky that I will be moving house. I have been able to upgrade my Broadband and was told that because I was moving house, I would be treated like a new customer (with new contract etc). On my phone there is an offer of 900mbs for £39, 24 month contract, I've just got a new contract of&amp;nbsp; 24 months, 300mbs for £40?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't understand why I was not offered the 900mb offer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rob&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you move home you do start a new broadband contract as it has to be cancelled at your previous address and then activated at your new home so I can't see why they wouldn't offer this to you so let us know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I complaineed that this was ridiculous as nothing had been installed and nobody had actually attended at my house and there was over six days before anything was due to happen. He would not budge and I am stuck with the 300mb service for £40 instead of the Gigafast for £39!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is completely&amp;nbsp; unfair, I'm supposed to be treated as a new customer?       <description>&lt;P&gt;That guy&amp;nbsp; just could not be bothered&amp;nbsp; by the sounds&amp;nbsp; of things, i know this was January&amp;nbsp; last year&amp;nbsp; but i originally&amp;nbsp; asked&amp;nbsp; for full fibre to the&amp;nbsp; property&amp;nbsp; to be fitted&amp;nbsp; at 500mps, as i was changing from normal&amp;nbsp; broadband&amp;nbsp; as full fibre&amp;nbsp; had become&amp;nbsp; available&amp;nbsp; in&amp;nbsp; my area, anyway&amp;nbsp; before it had been fitted&amp;nbsp; on the 17th of January&amp;nbsp; last year&amp;nbsp; i phoned&amp;nbsp; sky spoke&amp;nbsp; to someone&amp;nbsp; in the broadband&amp;nbsp; department&amp;nbsp; and got the order&amp;nbsp; changed&amp;nbsp; to gigafast&amp;nbsp; broadband so it should be able to&amp;nbsp; be done.
