&lt;P&gt;If a payment has failed or not been taken for whatever reason then Sky will try again 10 days later if your payment method is via a direct debit. Usually the email would mention this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the overpayment do you now see a credit on your account as we can arrange some help for you via here tomorrow regarding a refund&amp;nbsp;if you would like but only if you now see a credit on your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
