How do I add sky box sets for downloads to my subscription on the MySky app.

What TV package do you currently subscribe to because if it is Sky Signature you will already have access to Boxsets in SD or HD if you have the HD package.

I do have all of those but it won't allow me to download- merely directs to change subscription. Thanks

Do you have the HD package as you will need this if you are trying to download in HD, if you don't and you have a Sky Q box then try changing this setting:

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences - change to SD.
