I do not have sky so I can't call to cancel it also how the netflix runs from sky is because my neighbour uses my netflix and he has a sky box so I don't know how to cancel it

Who's NetFlix account is it? (Only they can cancel it)

Sky boxes have the NetFlix app which allows anyone with a login to use it.

The sky was in my name but I no longer have it but I want to cancel my Netflix

Do you mean you've cancelled? Nobody can take over your Sky account.

If your Sky account was cancelled and Netflix was part of your Sky package (so you were not directly paying Sky) then this would have been cancelled as well or are you saying your were paying Sky separately for Netflix access ?

When I took out the sky package in 2020 I added Netflix as the package but I no longer get sky but for some reason I'm still able to watch Netflix

Are you paying Sky or did you sign up directly via Netflix themselves, if via Sky then you will need to call Sky to give notice to cancel it.
