      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately non payment of bills will lead to services being restricted unless payment is provided. Payment holidays/plans are only available on items taken out under a credit agreement like mobile phone hardware of the Sky Glass TV, the subscription servies have to be made monthly when due in full.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
