    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is exactly how Sky (and others) use their pricing policy and wording to make you feel as though you've been lucky they were so nice to you previously, and it's not really their fault your prices are going up (oh, I'm sorry, I mean "your discounts are ending") and that although they were so generous for the past 18 months, they can't be quite as nice this time - but, hey, they are prepared to give you these other great discounts ("you lucky customer") but just not quite as much as last time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It really doesn't matter. In simple terms, the reality for me as a customer this week was: "we're putting your prices up by 32%".&amp;nbsp;And that was the best "deal" they were prepared to offer. "But you can leave if you like". So I did. Despite them being so helpful and generous by reducing the 41% increase I &lt;STRONG&gt;was&lt;/STRONG&gt; due to pay. I'm such an ungrateful customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It would be good if Sky was more transparent about how they come to these rises, because things like this just come across as opaque and unintuitive but ultimately they're a business and they probably just want to make more money and have made a bet that the market will tolerate it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well if they will let me take back my Netflix account as I was happy with a seperate account until they convinced me it would be better to incorporate with my Sky account. Will teach me to not take the bundled options anymore with Sky, already u happy about the Paramount+ lock in. Why cant I hve my email back to have a direct account with Paramount+ and have MY data&lt;/P&gt;</description>

At the same time my products have got worse. Also the level of increase in individual aspects is unjustifiable. Ad skipping (can everything feel the irony) has increase by £1...20%. And it doesn't even work on the things that matter&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They're quite transparent about discounts being new customers only and advertise the list price. But you can also phone and try your luck for a better deal, it can't hurt!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky is no way too expensive compared to others in the market place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Their offerings are no longer great, a lot of channels that you never watch and often channels shut down without any reduction or recompoense to the subscriber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now over £100 per month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The world has moved on and SKY no longer represents good value.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
