Ok. They are related products so I wonder if the system has got confused.

On your bill are you being charged for Sky Glass at all? It may help if you can attach a screenshot of the bill with personal details crossed out.

You really need to submit images of your bills showing what you're being charged for. Again, make sure the account number and personal information is blocked out.
