&lt;P&gt;To have unnecessarily paid £597.10 manually you must have made quite a few manual payments.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You probably realise by now that if&amp;nbsp;you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. I would recommend not making &lt;U&gt;any&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;manual payments unless requested to by Sky.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your extra payments are showing as a credit, we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 working days) through the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that &lt;STRONG&gt;having confirmed it’s still showing as a credit.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I mistakenly over paid manually via the tv payment facility by £597.10 and having issues getting re funded. Called customer service 4 times to resolve, still haven't been re=emburst..?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
