Adding addition users to a Sky account

Hi! I'm trying to add someone to my Sky account, but everytime I go to the section to add a member there's no button or option to do so. Attached is an image below, there's no buttons anywhere on this page to add an account. Even when I go through the help tab it brings me back to this page, so what do I do?

Yes but then it just redirects me to the same page, there's like no option or anything to add a user. I just get stuck in a loop of the same page with no outcome.

@R0CKETW0LF On my page there is an information box which contains this instruction :

"For access, new users need to visit Sky.ID to link their details".

This link takes you to a further page which includes an option to get help with linking your Sky ID. Following that link takes you to yet another page where you can give friends and family access to your account.

On your screenshot there appears to be a scroll bar on the right of the screen. Are you certain the information box isn't at the bottom of the screen?

Hi @R0CKETW0LF I believe that they need to create their own Sky ID and then link it to the Main account. Their password is private, so you cannot create it.

The information box is there yes, and I tried going to link the Sky ID and it just ends up taking me back to the main Sky home page. When I check the add member section there is still no change at all. I'm unsure what I'm doing wrong

I'm currently stuck in this loop. Tried refreshing pages and copying/pasting the link account url and I'm still stuck here. Am I doing something wrong?

If you are trying to setup an additional user then you need to do it via this link:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-create-sky-id

Make sure you are not logged into your Sky account when doing this and that the email address you use has not been used on any account with Sky previously.

Once you have verified the account then you need to link it to your ID which you might be able to do via this link, so make sure you are logged in with your new ID and access this link:

I have just created an Additional User just to test. It worked, here is what I did.

1. I created a brand new user with their own SkyID and password.

2. They (not you) then linked themselves to the Main account using the Main account 12 digit account code and postcode.

3. I then signed in as myself (Main account holder), opened additional users and it showed the additional user as added.

4. I then removed them, as this was just a test.
