I just wanted to discuss this and pay on the 24th please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you pay by direct debit and the payments fails, Sky will retry 10 working days later to take the payment, if the second payment fails then services are restricted until payment is received, and a new payment method is setup on the account.&amp;nbsp; The process is an automated process and as far as we are aware it can't be over-ridden manually by a Sky customer service rep.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once your service is restricted you won't even be able to call Sky, the automated service will instead prompt you to pay the bill before it will direct your call to a Sky rep.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As your services have been restricted then there is nothing that Sky can do as they will be restored as soon as you pay what is owed and you setup your monthly payment method again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
