As I am sky customer around 4 years I think I am paying to much....It has been going only up and up.

And other providers offering a better deals.

I hope to hear back from you with a new deal or I will be looking to move

Yes, they're offering 'new customer' deals... The likely way to pay the absolute minimum is to switch after each contract term.
