    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a customer and have a mobile with them and have never been late or missed a payment. They offered terms which i accepted, they took my £100 and then cancelled. No email to say sorry or regarding the £100, at the very least unproffessional, but they took the 100 in 5 seconds, why can't they teturn it as quick?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The £100 will have been taken before the second deeper credit check will have either taken place or been completed. As to why they don't refund as quick as a customer I have no idea.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
