am currelty out of contract and my bill for tv & boradband and 1 multi room and landine is just under €145.00 per month surely i can get a better deal i am looking to reduce the cost to €60 per month with a new contract for all of the above but can't get any to call me, i've had awful trouble with customer care teams with broken english sometime its very hard to understand on both sides of the conversation. Can i get a call back i'v ebeen promised a call back from a loyalty customer care team over a week now and nothing customers service is appauling.

I think your target of €60 is unrealistic... I'd be surprised if they offer less than €100

I don't think it unrealsitc at all, the price is ridiclous? I only have a basic package no frills when my neighbour have all the bells and whistle and are paying €45 per month and there with skay the same time as we are.

Recent forum posts suggest current discounts are within 10=20% off list price, but who knows, you might do better.....!
