I'm trying to start a homemove on my sky but it keeps coming up that it won't let me as I have an account balance to clear? It says pay now to proceed, there is no account balance? Any ideas on how to get this removed?

Does your billing here should that it is up to date with nothing to pay:

If so the only way to get around this error will be to call Sky.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Yes it's £0.00 on the balance! 🤷‍♀️ I really wanted to avoid phoning! 🤦‍♀️
