Ive just made my first sky id on my laptop but to create a full working sky id i need a id number which i wont get until i can access my billing to put my card information in but when i click bills and payment to do so its restrcited. What do i do?

What services have you signed up to and have this been installed/activated yet ?

I activated my account by creating one and using my email but I haven't been able to sign in to any subscription because it won't let me enter my payment details
