Cancelling Sky Q Account

Hello,

Can anyone please let me know if there is any other way of cancelling a sky Q TV account without wasting hours off my life on the phone to one of the advisors? I have found the messaging page which says they are on line until 19.30 Monday to Friday but this seems to be constantly unavailable. Thanks for your help.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link

Fot the messaging service just remain on the page for as long as you can.
