      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firstly I appreciate that I'm talking to customers only and not staff. Is there a difference in price between having Sky through a dish and having it through an internet connection? I currently pay over £100 a month for my package which includes Sky Signature with the Ultimate TV Add On, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema and Multiscreen (one room). However, an equivalent package which appears to be Sky Stream would cost only £64. I cannot understand for the life of me how there is such a difference, is it just because I'm still on a dish or because I'm not a new customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this normal? Would anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do to resolve this as it feels like it's unmanageable!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First, bear in mind that the prices you see on the Sky website are for new customers. That said, I believe Sky Stream is cheaper than Q, perhaps because Sky want to incentivise customers to switch, in advance of the likely shut down of the satellites which provide the signal to Sky Q boxes towards the end of the decade.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
