&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;All calls are forwarded to the next available agent wherever they may be based. A lot of large companies outsource call centres nowadays.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Really getting tired of the same old issues year after year. You agree a new contract then they keep putting the price up and for what? Internet is not as good as they advertise. Programs aren't much better, been nothing on the past couple of months, watched more Disney Plus than Sky which we pay a fortune for. And to try and contact them is an absolute nightmare. Never get to speak to an English person, always get put through to India and they're about as useful as a chocolate fire guard. Contract up for renewal August, been with Sky for a very long time but think it's time for a change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
