When I signed up to sky I was told I would receive a £50 gift card for switching to sky. I have been a customer since April 2024 and not received anything??

Given you've left it almost a year it may be too late to claim.

Found out it was giftcloud, after being on the phone for 20 mins. I know it's been nearly a year, but I assumed (stupidly) that it would be taken off my bill, and as it hadn't, looked into it. 🤞

It might be to late now but it will be Giftcould themselves that are responsible for this so have you contacted them about it as there is an email address you can use that can be found here:
