Coop live VIP tickets

I am going to coop live VIp on Saturday and received an email saying a must have tickets on coop app but unable to get them from Ticketmaster onto the app. Any help.

Yes they are. I have the tickets on Ticketmaster but had an email stating they must be on the coop live app but struggling to sort getting em on there

No the VIP tickets at Manchester is tickets and VIP ar a so all in one

@Kerryb78 The Co-op Live app should allow you to log in with your existing TIcketmaster account and allow you to view your tickets from Ticketmaster in the Co-op Live app. I can see my tickets for a couple of upcoming concerts in both the regular Ticketmaster app and the Co-op Live app on my phone.

Yes I am logging in coop live app with my Ticketmaster sign in but there are no tickets there only my parking I have booked

I've had tickets not showing up before, despite having bought them. To refresh your tickets in the Co-op Live app, go to the Tickets tab at the bottom of the screen and swipe down. This should trigger a refresh. You should get a message similar to 'Last update 3 seconds ago. Please try again later'.

If the update was more than a few seconds ago, you might need to sign all the way out and back in to trigger refresh - go to the Profile tab and click Sign Out in the top right hand corner. Once signed out, close the app, re-open it and sign in. Your various tickets should then have refreshed and show in the Tickets tab.

(Had to go through this performance to get the official car park ticket I'd bought for a show in a couple of weeks. It wouldn't show, the swipe down refresh showed the app hadn't updated in several days. Signed all the way out & back in; official car park ticket then showed alongside my concert tickets themselves).

I have exactly the same issue. I have downloaded them to my apple wallet and hoping that will suffice? The mail does say only accessible by co-op app but like you does not show up..

I have a friend who is at Co-op live tonight. Not with SKY VIP and he just used the tickets downloaded from ticketmaster to phone wallet. Hopefully that will suffice.

I managed to get in touch with ticket master who advised that I can disregard the email about the coop live app and ticketmaster barcode will be fine

Hi, I've got Sky VIP tickets and just had the email about the co op live app. Did your tickets eventually appear on the co op app or did you get in with the Ticketmaster app?

I'm having the same issue, my tickets are just not sync'ing with ticketmaster. Let me know if the ticketmaster app worked fine and no issues at the venue ?
