    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi just wondering if anyone can help, I have £94 in credit not sure why and the last 2 times they have come for the money it hasn't been there as I'm not sure why they came for it so soon when I've paid the last bill but when I go on my breakdown it's different to what my bill is saying my bill says paid up to date and my breakdown is saying £94 in credit&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The first thing to say is you shouldn't be making manual payments as Sky will; be taking it automatically&amp;nbsp;from whatever payment you have set up on your account so this could be why you are £94 in credit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As you have had a credit then the bill(s) will be paid by this until the credit has been used up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have made manual&amp;nbsp; payments before&amp;nbsp; a couple&amp;nbsp; of times&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; sky have never used the direct debit&amp;nbsp; for that month,&amp;nbsp; they have used&amp;nbsp; the&amp;nbsp; credit&amp;nbsp; in the account&amp;nbsp; for that month&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
