&lt;P&gt;Are you being billed separately&amp;nbsp;for Sky Broadband as usually the broadband and TV would be on the same account so you would see them both of the same bill ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've setup direct debit for TV,&amp;nbsp; but unable to do do so for broadband bill. I've tried online and over phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 2 payments come from same bank account.&amp;nbsp; On phone sky person simply says its&amp;nbsp; system error. When I try online it says invalid Bic and invalid account name which is rubbish. Noone seems able to help resolve issue. Help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
