I was told they will send a parcel to return my sky box etc. january another bill came, no parcels to return them again, told again an apolggy and that january would be the last one, and theyll send the parcel again.&nbsp; Feb comes, again billed over £202 for, SKY TV! broadband and landline !! Om actual G!!! Argggh! Tang them up today,was told to ring theor customer servoce 0330 number, got through <FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#999999">[removed]</FONT> customer service agent, who told me she cant do nothing to help until i paid the bill!! Which i said im not paying the full bill, im not paying for sky tv as ive asked for three months to have it remived, cancelled, oh suddenly she cant find any of my requests to cancel, !they have no record of me calling before today! , although a moment before this , i was speaking to the original custoner service person who had brought up every detail, from december to now and all the calls i had made! What a bunch of conmen. Im absolutetlt fuming. I could say enough to this woman, but she kepts saying the same thing back to me over and over, what a **bleep**!&nbsp; Ive been with sky for over 30 years, a platinum customer they call us !
