    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears that the linking of ny Netflix account hasn't worked because I'm still being charged separately by Netflix after 7 months of Sky Ultimate.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you have not correctly activated your Netflix on Sky.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Follow the activating procedure as detailed in this Sky article.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will then move your current Netflix billed plan to a plan for Netflix billed by Sky.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;There will be no automatic back dating, so once activated you will need to call Sky for any help gesture around your previous Sky Ultimate charges.&lt;/P&gt;
