I have just recently received a 15% price increase having 23 years loyal customer. This is a final straw for me, I renewed at the end of November, now a minimum 2 years. So I have decided to cancel after them telling me there is nothing I can do and being understanding to their customers. I spend £270 per month with Sky. I will be pulling all my business due to the stance that have taken. There day is coming where they will see a lot of public coming away from their expensive tarrifs. There is far more competition out there now.

Phone sky and ask to speak to the retanion team I did today look at my other post on this site
