      <description>&lt;P&gt;Then you are waiting for the banks to clear the payment you made which might not be until Monday at the earliest. In the meantime you could try seeing if you can call Sky to talk to them about this, when on the phone and asked anything by the bot say nothing and remain on the line.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
