      <title>Complaint closed without my consent.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anybody know when you upgrade your sky packages how you can get the advisors to not lie.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;currnently since renewing my contracts they have messed up 4 times and also had multiple call backs promised ( none have happend) &lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;. Yesterday I raised and official complaint by the time I put the phone down she had already closed the complaint as completed. It wasn't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;so if anybody knows how to stop sky continuing to lie please let me know&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1st lie was when they said my renewal were all like for like packages - they weren't they have downgraded Netflix themselves to a basic account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;lie 2 our broadband is pathetic - they promised somebody would call back the following week to sort this out. Surprise surprise no call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sky then put the renewal offers on their system incorrectly therefore showing incorrectly on the app for my account. Had to speak with them again to resolve, again they promised a call back, it never happened.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yesterday called again to resolve Netflix - opened and official complaint which my the time I hung up the advisor has already closed. &amp;nbsp;It's not resolved. She opened it and closed it with the same 2 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;isimply can't find anything sky can actually do well. They are a disgrace of a business , so negligent, so ameature&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Totally agree , all of them are pretty much useless when it comes to customer service. &amp;nbsp;I called sky yesterday after the latest mistake and the advisor said she would text another advisor so sort out the problem. Ended up raising an official complaint and by the time I,d finished the call the advisor closed the complaint as dealt with. &amp;nbsp;It's really frustrating and embarrassing a company can be this useless over and over&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Package and pricing different to what agreed and no one able to sort it. &amp;nbsp;Thankfully I have the agreement call and all further calls recorded as proof.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
