I have recieved several emails from Sky offering a £14 discount on my £69.50 subscription to extend my contract for a further 24 months with no change to my TV package, .when I tried to sign up for this offer I was told this was not availbe and that my subscription would be increasing in April.

Has anyone else had this issue with Sky?
