      <description>&lt;P&gt;Received increase letter today of tv rang to inform sky that when I renewed my package was told its for 2 years no increases as sky no longer maintain skyHD+ and lf box broke would recive refund of credit now been told I must have got it wrong re increase but agent confirmed&amp;nbsp; no maintenance anymore he wouldn't listen to me at all and kept repeating his view now eating a call back which on past dealings won't arrivev&lt;/P&gt;</description>
