Phoned about refund but not received

I've been on at sky for weeks now to receive the refund I was owed in December.
for the life of me nothing seems to be happening and I keep being urged to wait.
I am uncomfortably close to making a further formal complaint having already made a complaint which is unanswered.

has this happened to anyone else

There's no credit in my account but I'm very aware I was due the money back and have been assured I should receive it

A complaint could take up to 8 weeks to be resolved or go to deadlock. Unfortunately as it's no longer showing as a credit we can't escalate it here but that might mean it's being processed.
