My contract

My contract is nit up until 8/10/25. I was told it be the same payment each month for 12 months. Now I received an email stating that my contract changes of payment from the 3rd of April 25 was is this happening. I have an email of the agreement of my contract and when it's up and what the payments would be so there shouldn't be any changes made until October.

Sky don't do fixed price contracts.

In the contract it clearly states Sky can do 1 price rise a year on the list price on their packages ( and they typically do this in April when all the other broadband/tv companies do their price rises).

The discount you have remains on place until that date but was it happening is the price of your package before the discount is increasing hence your price rise.

Actually, read 'may' as 'will'
