I keep getting calls saying my router is slow is it a scam

I've had calls from a Indianale that's hard to understand they want me to down load apps to allow them access.the number they rang from today (removed) are these scam numbers.

Yes. Ignore/block them. No genuine provider would call to tell you that.

Yes, classic scam.

I had a call telling me the little green flashing lights on my router were evidence I had been hacked... 🤣
