This is more for peace of mind, but I renewed broadband and removed talk last week, was explained all the normal stuff. The agent had issue changing the products and said he has raised the issue and I should get an email regarding the change (didn't) and that my future bills would show the new price (£61 to £34/37) but guaranteed that it would be changed.

How long does it take for everything to update?

Should I worry that the account Broadband page still mentions my contract is ending and can be renewed?

Edit: Posted in the wrong section, sorry.

@Ribose

You can't actual cancel Sky Talk if you are still a Sky Broadband customer so I take it you changed to the pay as you talk option that while there is no monthly charge for every call you make will see you charged for them.

I would give it another week and if your future bills have not update to reflect this change then you will have to call them again.
