    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky Stream is activated automatically and billing commences 2 weeks (it may have been changed to 3 weeks, I'm not sure) after delivery. Unfortunately Sky broadband and Sky tv are treated as separate, unlinked services.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Money has been taken from my account by Sky TV when I don't even have Sky TV yet. How can Sky take money when I&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;am still waiting for the engineer / open reach installation. Also no bill has been provided?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I did. I also had an email saying my broadband would be activated on 6th Feb however I don't have broadband as open reach haven't yet done the install yet&lt;/P&gt;</description>
