Base essentials package but want the new customer version

Existing sky q customer. To save some money but retain skyq i went to the essentials package which essentially means I have free view and ability to record for £15 month. Ive seen that sky now do essentials including netflix and sky Atlantic for £15 but for new customers only which seems a right com for Existing. My question is as Existing customer can I get that package for £15,.I believe it means moving to the sky stream which I don't mind ?

There is only one way to find out and that will be by speaking to Sky which you will need to do as a current Sky Q customer.

As you're not a new customer it's unlikely they'll match that deal. But don't ask, don't get.

To avoid confusion, note that it's not the same product. The one you have on Sky Q is 'TV Essentials', and what you are referring to on Sky Stream is 'Essential TV'
