Sky Glass Billing

I have tonight upgraded to Sky Glass, moving across from Sky Q, I opted for the TV over 48 months - £24
When I processed through to the end with the summary of moving other the services, total monthly payment was £120.

I rang Sky as wanted to clarify that my Q subscription would cancel when I activated the Glass.
The agent started to talk about the cost of the TV, so he checked the bills, it appears it is the £120 as stated but concerned there is an exra £24 for the Glass TV to go on top, can anyone clarify please?

If you expand on the £24 what does it show that you are being billed for ?

I think the £24 is for the Sky Glass 2 credit agreement.

No idea though if that's to go on top of the £120 for the other services.

The My Bills section of the My Sky app should provide a full breakdown. The Sky Glass TV cost is a separate charge to TV services and is set out as such in the itemised bill.

So the payment for the credit agreement would be in additional to the cost of the actual Sky TV subscription and any other services ( like broadband) or may take with them.
