Adding additional users to my Sky services

I want to add my son as an additional user so that he can watch SkyGo. The manage additional users link goes to a Whoops there's been an error message. This broken link has been present for over a week.

Sky customer service is telling me I need to like his SkiID to my account which I don't believe is correct as that will give access to all the billing information.

Can anyone tell me if this process is correct or how to add an additional user?

You do need to link their account as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-account-access

As the account holder only you should be able access the billing as their account will be a seconadry ID one.

Hi @Chillio All you need is a unique email address. Added a few without problem.
