      <title>New customer awaiting installation</title>

      <description>I subscribed yesterday. Unfortunately not being installed for 3 weeks. Have had email about returning items (hub etc) but I've never had the items as NEW CUSTOMER. Email yesterday also referred to "cancellation yesterday"!!</description>

      <description>Good thinking. Just checked and refers to engineer and set up etc, but no mention of a cancellation or returning items. I will just see if I receive box etc to return things I don't have. Thank you. Just a shame I have to wait 3 weeks for installation</description>
