    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4334461"&gt;@Zoehunt&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Sky won't do anything on a "promise to pay". They have an automated system which will restrict services where bills are overdue and the services won't be reinstated until the payment has been made and a new payment method has been setup on the account ( when you services get restricted the current payment method is usually removed from the account).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are overdue by more than 2 weeks, Sky may require the next bill to also be paid prior to re-instating services.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
