    <description>&lt;P&gt;As you appear to have a paymemt method setup on your account you do not need to make manual payments even if it says it is overdue because if you have a direct debit setup and it fails then Sky will try again 10 days later which might be what has happened here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the payment you made do you now see a credit because if you do we can get you some help via here from Skys messaging team about this to get it refunded so so you see a credit ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
