Pause sky

I am going to have to move out for 2 of more months. As our house has a leak and needs major repairs. I would need to pause my payments for March and April and maybe May. As I won't be in the house to use the t.v. So I need to pause the t.v payments for these months. Please can you advise this will be activated. Thanks

No @Gasandair02 Sky do not pause subscriptions. You either need to cancel completely (if Sky will allow you to) and return all loaned equipment or carry on paying as normal.

Hi @Gasandair02 They assume that you would be using Sky Go.

What TV service do you have as you can only request a payment holiday if it is Sky Glass as you will have signed a credit agreement for it, that apart you can not do this with Sky+ or Sky Q.
