Hiya I refered a friend to sky, but neither of us have recieved our vouchers

When did your friend sign up to Sky?

You'll receive your reward by email 45 days after your friend's first bill payment. You'll then have 11 months to use the voucher before expiration

You should receive your reward via email, 45 days after your friend or family member's joined Sky and paid their first bill.

If it has been more than 45 days @Fruitloops18 then there is an email address you can use to contact Sky about this that can be found via this FAQ at the bottom of this link:

Thankyou all for your help. I have emailed Sky as it has been more than 45 days ago.
