&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I renewed my package last week at a cheaper price as my contract had ended. The only change I made was to downgrade my Netflix package. I still have signature, sports and ultra HD and multi screen but for some reason I have been sent packaging in the post to return my mini box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't &amp;nbsp;want to return it as still need it but now can't get anyone to talk to me !!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
