Unable to access my sky account

Hi, when I try to login my username and password are accepted but then I am asked for my postcode. I type this in but then I am asked which type of card I used to make my recent purchase, debit or credit cards! I am a bit confused as I have not made a purchase from Sky, but if I choose either option it goes on to screen asking me for different numbers on the card that I used to buy a Sky Glass..........and I can't get any further.

This has been going on for quite a while now and happens in Mysky and Sky logins.....

Can someone help me?

Hi @Bruce15 Just checking that you are using sky.com and not following a link in an email or text. What you are describing is what you would expect from a scammer.
