      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turns out... yes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I try to remove Whole Home - no credit check box in the basket. Try to downgrade Netflix - credit check box appears. Quite a ridiculous system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did call Sky, and was able to downgrade to the included Netflix tier. My theory is that lots of people who were once happy to pay a little extra for Netflix without ads, &amp;nbsp;now see this as an easy option to offset Sky's April price hikes - so they've added a little deterrent into the process to prevent or complicate what should be an easy exercise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sneaky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
