      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've received some prepaid packaging for returning Sky equipment, and also a couple of text messages reminding me to return equipment as soon as possible, but I have nothing to return.&lt;BR /&gt;I re-upped my contract a couple of weeks ago, with everything staying as is, aside from the broaband speed going up.&lt;BR /&gt;I haven't been sent anything new, nor been advised to return anything whilst on the phone to Sky.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any advice on how to avoid "non-return charges"?&lt;BR /&gt;Also, any advice on how to talk to someone on the live chat instead of the woeful virtual assistant?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
