      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was told Sky would cover all remaining termination costs on my BT account if I took the Sky Steaming offer, which I did.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now receiving texts from BT asking me to pay the termination cost. I hope that Sky are dealing with the payment as I am not happy with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sky have a credit switching scheme where they will credit your account with up to £100 for Broadband adn up to £100 for TV to cover the cost of early termination charges. &lt;P&gt;'cover' (their word) is not the same as 'deal with' (your phrase)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The sum claimed (up to the limits given above) is 'covered' by a Sky account credit, but it's the customer who has to do the legwork: Sky simply isn't permitted to talk to BT on your behalf for billing matters.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
