If you're a new customer you have to allow two payments to be taken before you can change it.m

You can do this via the MySky app or online here:

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk/change-payment-date

If your bill is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less then it will be the following bill that the new date will start and due that bill you will be charged a different amount due to the date change.
